Can we really get a decent sleep with minimal time?

It goes without saying that  humans should get at least 8 hours of sleep, but not everyone has the time for it. A person usually gets less sleep due to poor sleep hygiene, work obligation, and lifestyle choices. Most people would advise trying to alter your sleeping habits or lifestyle choices. That might be a choice, but what if there was a way to get a good night’s sleep in less than 8 hours?
