Terms & Conditions

The Google Pixel Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd ("Senheng"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Senheng offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.

Duration:

The Campaign will run from 1 August 2024 12:00 to 13 August 2024 23:59. Senheng reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above with Malaysia Identity Card; except Senheng’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.

Payment:

Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88. Customer is not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device color or model and the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.

Privacy:

By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Senheng's Privacy Policy available at https://www.senheng.com.my/privacy-notice Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (Senheng and/or senQ) reserves the right to change or revise or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.

SPAYLATER:

This campaign is open to all SPayLater users. The campaign duration is from 14 August - 30 September 2024.

• Each user can enjoy (1) one RM100 OFF per month when they make a payment with SPayLater at any Senheng/senQ stores throughout the campaign period:
• RM100 OFF minimum spend RM3,000
• Available at any Senheng / senQ stores
• Campaign Quota: First 300 redemptions per month.
• The discount will be applied instantly to a single receipt on a first-come first-serve basis.
• Shopee reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In any case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Shopee shall be final.

UOB Bank Terms and Conditions:

The offer is valid from 14 August 2024 to 30 September 2024 or once the capping of 100 redemptions has been reached, whichever comes first.

• Payment must be made with a valid and eligible Malaysia-issued UOB Credit Card in a single receipt.
• All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
• Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
• UOB is not an agent of the merchant, their subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the goods and services provided (“Product”) and shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from use of Product. Refer to the merchant for Product queries/issues.
• The offer shall be applicable for all UOB Credit & Debits and may be extended by the merchant to other credit card and debit cards as and when notified by the bank to the merchant

Google Premium Service Terms and Conditions:
