How to Order

follow these steps!

Search for product with "60min Order Now & Collect later" icon.

Proceed to checkout and select the nearest showroom to you.

Your order is now in process! We'll notify you within 60mins once it's ready for pickup.

Once notified, head to your selected location and pickup the item. It's now in your hands!

What items are eligible for store pickup in 60 min?
- Items that are labeled "O2O" are eligible for store pickup in 60 min from 3th to 14th December 2021.
How do I know if my order is ready for pickup?
- Customers will be sent an email given that the order is ready for pickup. Typically, it will be ready in 60 mins if the order is placed during store hours, but on the off chance that the selected store is closed, your order will then be postponed until the store is reopened. It is highly advised that customers check their selected showroom's working hours as the hours may vary based on location.
What do I need to bring for the store pickup?
- You can use your order ID and the confirmation email we've sent you as proof-of-purchase.
How do I know which showroom to go for pickup?
- Upon placing your order, you will be given the option to select showroom nearest to you for pickup.
Which area of the shop should I go to for my pickup?
- Customers may approach any of our staff and they will assist you accordingly.
What is the latest time I have to place order before store pickup?
- You have to place your order and make payment by latest 7pm.
