Campaign Terms and Conditions.

1. Upon requesting the S-Coin points for rewards, the relevant number of S-Coin points will be deducted from the member's account. The remaining amount will continue to be valid and may be used to redeem further rewards.
2. Earn Every day, Redeem Everyday Campaign’s items are not eligible for S-Coin Cashback.
3. No redemption limit for PlusOne members.
4. First come first serve basis while stock last.

Merchant Voucher Terms and conditions

1. Our merchants in this promotion have either online stores or physical outlets, and the exact location to redeem the voucher varies from one merchant to another e.g.. Merchant A only allows redemption at physical outlets, while Merchant B only allows redemption at their online store.
2. The validity and terms of each voucher in this promotion depends on the Terms & Conditions as set by each merchant for each voucher. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions of each voucher.
3. Vouchers in this campaign CANNOT be refunded, redeemed for cash or S-Coin equivalent to the value of the voucher at Senheng outlets
4. Please remember to present your voucher upon payment at the said merchant of the corresponding voucher, or enter the codes before checking out from the merchant’s online store of the corresponding voucher.
5. Senheng IS NOT responsible for any dispute that may arise from using voucher(s) at the corresponding merchant(s).
6. Senheng reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
