The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which senQ offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
• This SONY PS5 Pre-order is limited to first come, first served basis and while stocks last.
• By ticking the acknowledgement box, user agreed to share their personal information, such as Full Name, Contact number, email address to organiser, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd ("senQ") for this campaign.

Duration:

• The Campaign will run from 12th November 2020, 00:00:00 to 10th December 2020, 23:59:59

Eligibility:

• The SONY PS5 Register of Interest campaign is eligible to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above and with the purpose of collect interest of user that is interested to get SONY PS5 update for launch on 11 Dec 2020.
• Each customer only allow to purchase 1 unit of SONY PS5 Pre-order.
• The SONY PS5 Register of Interest campaign is open to all Malaysian Citizens of 18 years old and above (as at 12th November 2020 with Malaysia Identity Card; except senQ’s employees (and their immediate families), its related agencies, retailers and dealers.

Payment:

• Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and iPay88.
• Customer is not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device color or model and the selected store once Customer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.

Delivery & Collection:

• The collection period of the SONY PS5 Pre-order will be 11 December 2020 onward.

Privacy:

• By providing Customer's personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understood and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to senQ's Privacy Policy available athttps://www.senq.com.my/privacy-notice.
