How do I track my order status?
You can track your order by clicking into the "TRACKING ORDER" button at the top of the page. Your order delivery status will be displayed in the page.
What shipping options does senQ offer?
We do offer several shipping options such as courier, home delivery and store pick up services.

What are the shipping fees/ rates?
Delivery is free for purchase of RM100 and above in a single receipt for PlusOne members. Purchases below RM100 will also incur a shipping fee of RM10 per order for both PlusOne and non-PlusOne members.
How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
Shipping fee will be displayed once you've selected the "Home Delivery" option for purchases below RM 100.
When will I receive my order?
Home Delivery: All delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days, unless stipulated otherwise. Please note that East Malaysia delivery will take longer time up to 21 working days.
Store Pickup: West Malaysia pickup within 2 to 7 working days. East Malaysia pickup within 7 to 21 working days. You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Will I receive a call before delivery?
Yes, our delivery personnel will notify you with a call on the date and time of delivery before delivering to your doorstep.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
Should you not be able to receive your order, a re-delivery will be arranged at another time
Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer careline at 016 299 1398 to update your delivery address.
