How do I track my order status?
You can track your order by clicking into the "TRACKING ORDER" button at the top of the page. Your order delivery status will be displayed in the page.

What are the shipping fees/ rates?
Only Paid PlusOne member with purchases of RM3,000 and above are entitled to free delivery services. Paid PlusOne member is entitled to 50% discount for purchases of RM 2,999 and below for delivery charges.
How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
Shipping fee will be displayed once you've selected the "Home Delivery" option for purchases below RM 100.
When will I receive my order?
Home Delivery: All delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days, unless stipulated otherwise. Please note that East Malaysia delivery will take longer time up to 21 working days. Store Pickup: West Malaysia pickup within 2 to 7 working days. East Malaysia pickup within 7 to 21 working days. You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Will I receive a call before delivery?
Yes, our delivery personnel will notify you with a call on the date and time of delivery before delivering to your doorstep.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
Should you not be able to receive your order, a re-delivery will be arranged at another time
Can I change my delivery address after my purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to ccc@senheng.com.my or call our customer careline at 016 299 1398 to update your delivery address.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchange
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you'll need to sign in and click into your "Order History", then search for the order you'd like to cancel.
How do I return an item?
To return large appliances, you may contact our customer careline by call or email and we will arrange our delivery or courier personnel to collect the item from you. For small appliances, you may also return any of our showroom nearest to you.
I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
You can return it or request for an exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective. Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging. Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer. *Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as fridge and washing machine due to hygiene issues. Returned items must meet the following requirements: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt). Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item must be unused or has not been installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).
For which reasons can I return an item?

What is the senQ return policy?
You can return the item by sending it to your nearest senQ outlets for small items. For large appliances, a driver will be assigned to pick the item from your doorstep.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening?
If your chosen item has disappeared from your shopping cart, it is most probably because it has run out of stock. Please refresh your page after 30 minutes for the stock to be updated. If the product still shows "in-stock" but you couldn't purchase it. Please contact our customer service for further verification.
If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?
No, item added to cart is not confirmed to be the act of booking the item.
What are the payment methods available?

How can I know if my payment is successful or failed?
For successful payment, a confirmation email from ipay88 will be sent to your email.

No, only 1 code is allowed per transaction.
How long is my voucher valid?
It varies according to each promotion and campaigns we are running. Voucher validity is usually displayed within the promotion / campaign page.
What happens if my voucher is expired?
It will no longer be valid and deemed unusable.

What is replacement warranty?
Replacement warranty allows you to get instant one-to-one replacement should your item is found to be defective within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement. It's solely eligible for valid PlusOne members and applicable to small items like ovens, toasters, hair dryers, shavers, etc.
